A work share is a commitment of 4 hours every week for 10 weeks in exchange for a CSA membership. Please review guidelines. I would love for you to come out and join me on the farm!
If you cannot commit to the work share hours, volunteers are always welcome. Please see the work share guidelines for an idea of the expectations. E-mail with any questions.
When people come together amazing things can be accomplished. I hope to get 6 work parties together this season. Work will depend on many weather conditions. Typical work includes transplanting, weeding and seeding in greenhouse. The events will be on Saturdays or Sundays 9am-1pm with a small potluck until 3pm. Mark your calendars now!! If you are able to make it to all 6 you can experience the changing of the seasons with me too! How exciting!

In trying to create change in the food economy, farmers need help. I have big dreams of a sustainable community, educational extension programs and helping people to reconnect to the land, their food and understand our role in the global economy. I cannot do this alone; it takes community involvement and collaboration. A kickstarter will soon be launched which will assist in the purchase of farm land. With a permanent location I could then expand to perennials and animals as well as extending the growing season with greenhouse growing. If you would like to support a small farmer with a small financial donation I would be a fool to say no. Please e-mail me for any additional information.
